ARIAP has called for a complete restoration of the selection procedures of the members of the POPAM 2014-2020 Monitoring Committee, the court accepting the restoration of the selection only with reference to ARIAP …
This way is good too ! For the rest of the application we have the appeal procedure and of course the criminal complaint for forgery in public documents …

[:ro]Până la urmă încrederea în actul de justitie e tot ce ne-a mai rămas în fața nelegiuiților care au trucat procedura de selectie a membrilor CMPOPAM !
După cum se vede mai jos am câstigat (în parte) procesul intentat în urmă cu mai bine de un an de zile…
ARIAP a cerut refacerea in totalitate a procedurilor de selecție a membrilor Comitetului de Monitorizare a POPAM 2014 -2020, instanța acceptand refacerea selecției doar cu referire la ARIAP …
Este bine și așa ! Pentru restul de cerere avem procedura de recurs și bineînțeles plângerea penală pentru fals în acte publice…
